Before purchase any creation please read careful if shipping conditions apply on the delivery. 

Standard delivery via Australia Post 

Australia wide up to 15 days depending on the area, weather conditions and public holidays. Delays may occur without notice from the courier. 

The George Town Art and Artisans is not responsible for delays on the delivery, lost, stolen or damage of the creations from behalf of the courier responsibility. 

 

Exceptions shipping and insurance 

Some creations will need to be quoted for shipping depending on the value, care transportation, materials and/or size. The shipping and the insurance costs will be covered by the customer along the packing, transportation and insurance arrangements. It is responsibility from the customer to provide all the information to the George Town Art and Artisans correspondent to this arrangements. 

George Town Council and the Guild is not responsible for any damage, lost or if the item is stolen. All claims will must to be done by the purchaser with the courier who deliver the service as the preference of the purchaser.
